Sonoma Real Estate Refined

Our Experience Will Make Yours Great

Meet Kirk and Peggy Economos

A husband and wife real estate team is not an unheard-of occurrence, but it certainly isn’t common. Some couples, even very loving ones, would find it difficult spending both their leisure time and their working time in the company of their spouse but Kirk and Peggy do just that, and do it exceptionally well.

What’s more is that Kirk and Peggy each bring to their work, qualities and talents that combined make their team a dynamic force, a reliable resource and a priceless ally for clients selling or buying real estate.

Peggy hails from Minneapolis and Kirk from New York City. Both grew up in families that owned flower shops and each of them worked in their family’s stores from a very early age right through University. Most holidays meant working long hours, but this came with lessons well learned in communication skills, customer satisfaction and dependability.

Entitlement is not a concept that Kirk and Peggy embraced then nor do they now.

They measure their success by the success and satisfaction of their clients, but they have also achieved milestones of accomplishment and recognition. In the Wall Street Journal’s 2015 top 1000 realtors in the United States, the 2-person team of Peggy and Kirk’s came in 23rd, a momentous achievement especially considering that most teams making the cut were comprised of several if not dozens of agents.

Kirk and Peggy Economos are passionate in their work for their clients.

1- Sonoma, CA 95476

From the Native American tribes that occupied Sonoma Valley for millennia, to the Mexicans that established in Sonoma in 1823 the last of Mexico’s 21 Franciscan missions in California, to those that reside here today, Sonoma was and is one of the most beautiful, fertile and gentle places on earth.

2- Glen Ellen

Glen Ellen is about 6 miles northwest of the city of Sonoma and comprises about 2 square miles. In the 2010 census, Glen Ellen had a population of 784.

3- Kenwood, CA

At the north end of Sonoma Valley is the town of Kenwood. What Kenwood lacks in the form of a crossroads to call the center of town, it more than compensates for in terms of venues for wine enthusiasts and lovers of nature. It is hard to believe that there could be a more picturesque or pleasant place to live.
